Joel's School of Music Cancellation Policy

At Joel's School of Music, we strive to provide a flexible and student-friendly environment. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for both instructors and students, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• Lesson Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel a lesson, we kindly request that you provide at least 8 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee.
• Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to reschedule your lesson at a convenient time, subject to instructor availability.
• No-Show Policy: If a student fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered a “no-show” and the full lesson fee will apply.
• Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that your instructor needs to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a make-up lesson.
• Long-Term Absences: For planned long-term absences (such as vacations), please inform us at least two weeks in advance to arrange for make-up lessons or adjustments to your lesson schedule.
